How Do I Download My Content?

When viewing your library, click on the menu icon to the right of each title (three vertical dots). You will see a "Download" option for downloading the content to your device.

Some users may receive a message that downloading is not allowed. Your content provider determines whether or not you can download the content, and we cannot otherwise provide this option to you.

When Do I Print my Content?

Click on the content to open it and look for an icon that resembles a printer in the toolbar at the top. This will enable you to print through your desktop or network printer.

When Does My Content Expire?

To see the expiration date of any content, simply look at it in your library. Just below the title will be an indicator of when, if ever, your content will expire.

What If I Have Questions About My Content?

Only your provider or facilitator can provide you with a key to access materials or answer your questions about the content. Please contact your provider or facilitator directly with these questions.
